Plastic masterbatch

As the supplier for product of Masterbatch ,let me introduce what is Masterbatch?

Masterbatch (called pigment concentration or pigment preparation ) is the particles mixed in certain proportion by pigment, resin, dispersant and additives.which is coloring for plastic and fiber and developed from 20th century 1960,it is the compound which dispersed evenly in the resin. The main production process of master batches: Dry process production technology, Wet process production technology,Kneading washing method and The melt shear method.

Compared with the pigment powder ,the advantage as following :

  • 1:Better dispersion for pigment.
  • 2:Better chemical stability for pigment
  • 3:Better stability about color shade
  • 4:Better healthy for workers
  • 5:Better environment
  • 6:easier process for saving the time and material .

In order to supply the more convenient service for our customer,  we start the production line of masterbatch after pigment with the support from our pigment user for MB.
Except the universal master batch ,we also offers a wide range of Additive Masterbatches to customers to enhance the performance of their plastic products.

Plastic Master batch :

According to the molding process: Blowing master batch ,injection master batch, spin master batch/fiber master batch ,extrusion moulding master batch ,blown film master batch

According to the color process: black master batch
When color master batches are used in resins, it shows better dispersing and stability performance. Also the mixture has the highest mechanical intensity preservation rate. A broad standard color range available from stock as well as tailor made products develop according to customer requirements.

Resin Suitability:

Polyolenfine: HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP, EVA, TPE, PVC, etc.
Non-polyolenfine: PET, PBT, PC, PA, ABS, AS, PS, POM, etc.

Plastic Master Batch Main Usage:

Injection Moulding , Blow Moulding, Spin Dyeing, Casting, Extrusion Moulding, Blown Film, Foaming etc.
